Musical worship at St. Michael’s

St. Michael’s is passionate about musical worship. In Colossians, Paul says this:

I have become its servant by the commission God gave me to present to you the word of God in its fullness—the mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations, but is now disclosed to the saints. To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. (Colossians 1:25-27)

We believe that we meet God in the mystery. As we worship our Heavenly Father, as we approach His throne in wonder and worship, we believe He meets with us in Spirit and Truth. We serve a God who longs to be relational; who longs to reach out to us in both our joys and our sorrow. We gather to worship Him, and as we are filled by His Spirit, so we are prompted to take His Good News to our community and our town; to share His hope and transformational love with a world that needs Him more than ever.
