Finding St Michael & All Angels Eastbourne

The church is situated on the of the A270 about 1 mile north of Eastbourne Town centre, on the right hand side as you approach Eastbourne.

By Public Transport:

The nearest Railway Station is Eastbourne. Continue by bus (below) or a taxi.  The church is about 1 mile (mainly uphill) from the station, 20 to 35 minutes on foot, depending on how fast you walk.

Eastbourne Buses services 5, 51,51a and 54 from Terminus road stop about 50m from the church.

 By Car:

Coming from the West, follow the A27 to Polegate, and turn right onto the A2270.  continue from XX.

Coming from Hailsham or East Grinstead on the A22, follow the A22 until you come to the Polegate roundabout with traffic lights.  Take the third exit signposted Brighton, then stay in the left hand lane.  At the traffic lights in 400m keep straight ahead on the A2270 signposted Willingdon. continue from XX

XX Keep on the A 2270, past two junction traffic lights, a roundabout and two more junction traffic lights.  St Michael's is about 150 yards beyond this last set of lights, opposite the Hurst Arms pub. 

If you wish to use a satnav, the church has not got a postcode, however,  the nearest postcode on the same side of the road is BN21 1TJ.  The church is about 50m south further towards Eastbourne along the A2270 than the location of this postcode.
